The 8(a) STARS III GWAC is designed to provides Federal agencies and DOD with customized IT services and IT services-based solutions, both commercial and non-commercial. The 8(a) STARS III GWAC program is reserved exclusively for qualifying certified 8(a) small business concerns as the prime contractors. This contract provides two sub areas: Emerging Technology-Focused IT Services and IT Services performed outside of CONUS.
